Customer Service Representative

Looking for responsible team players to take orders and assist with customer requests. Seeking individuals eager for long-term employment. Full time positions available immediately. Customer service experience preferred, Education: Minimum High school diploma. Data entry experience a plus, Excellent handwriting skills and spelling proficiency skills a must, Exceptional telephone personality a plus, Ability to learn detailed product information and pricing from company internet web site, computer familiarity a plus, will strongly consider applicants with Internet usage and experience, Basic computer skills include Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, Outlook E-Mail, office machine skills including; use of facsimile (fax), copy machine, postal scales, adding machine, time clock, telephones and printers.

Duties include but may not be limited to:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls.
  • Write up customer orders and or follow-up on orders in house to answer customer questions and status of order.
  • Place telephone calls to customers and talk to existing and future customers about their needs that the company can supply.
  • Prepare and send out product samples, letters, product displays and other company information as directed.
  • Inspect and Review customer card layouts and finished products before shipping.
  • Layout on forms provided customer information and fax to customer.
  • Direct customers to know about company web sites.

Hours 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM in 5-8 hour shifts (1 hour lunch). M-F, No Sunday Some ½ day Wednesday

Number positions open (3), No part time positions available.

Location: Payson, NEW downtown office location

Compensation:

Starting salary with no experience entry-level minimum wage: ($5.45)

Salary range for customer representative position with related experience ($6-$12)

Benefits: None at this time, No paid holidays, No sick leave, No paid vacation, No medical Insurance.

Payday schedule: bi-weekly, Fridays 1 week in arrears
