Product and Service Guarantee

We unconditionally guarantee every Shield Card product in standard layout format purchased at full list price which includes our full order service process. The full order process specifically includes the VeriMail™ service which involves a signed approval layout of your Shield Card™, proofing verbal information, and information submitted by mail, fax, email, or the internet. The full service process for Custom/Non-Standard layouts must be optioned at additional cost for anything other then a Standard layout.

This guarantee establishes that you will be TOTALLY SATISFIED with our product, or at our option we will replace, or refund the purchase price less shipping and handling cost.

Should replacement be required the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling cost and a 50% replacement cost if the VeriFax/VeriMail™ Proof has been signed off and approved by the customer. This sign-off/approval includes an email approval even though a formal signed approval may not exist as we consider the email approval an electronic signature equivalent to an actual, or photo-copied signature. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charge of the product being replaced. However, the customer may use the product being replaced until the replacement is received. Additionally, the replacement will be charged full price to a credit card when shipped and a credit will be given to the same credit card upon return of product being replaced.

No product may be returned to Shield Card America without proper authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number must be clearly visible on the address label. NO RETURNS will be accepted without an RMA number and freight/postage Pre-Paid, No Collect shipments accepted!

Sale priced products, or products purchased without paying for all the services mentioned above including Custom/Non-Standard layouts and associated Veri-Fax/VeriMail™ Proofs, Rush orders and certain other promotional, or discontinued products do not include an Unconditional Guarantee. We will endeavor to put forth the same quality work ethic for every Shield Card America™ product, and in any case, if we determine that we made a mistake regardless of the purchase terms we will replace the product and pay for the return to SCA of the defective product.

Prices for all optional services mentioned regarding this Guarantee can be found in our Shield Card America™ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) sheet which accompanies the VeriFax/VeriMail™ document set, is posted on our internet web site www.shieldcardamerica.com/faqs.htm , and is available by requesting a copy to be sent by USPS mail, fax, or email.

We reserve the right to withold service to anyone, amend, modify, change the price of any service, add to, or subtract from this Guarantee and all associated documents supporting the Guarantee at anytime. Further, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to use any surplus inventory personalized or otherwise in the production of Shield Card™ displays for the respective agency.
